Order Processing & Dispatch
Non-personalized orders typically ship within 2-4 working days. Personalized orders usually ship within 7-10 working days. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., pre-wedding/Diwali, new launches, sales), processing and shipping might experience slight delays due to high order volumes.
Delivery Time
- Domestic orders: Standard delivery in India generally takes 2-7 working days after shipping, depending on the logistics partner's serviceability.
- International orders: Standard international delivery typically ranges from 10-14 working days after shipping, varying by destination and logistics partner.
- Express shipping: Available at an additional cost; please contact our team for details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping constraints or customs/border clearance procedures in your country. Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). For urgent orders, please contact our team before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Prepaid Orders: A flat fee of INR 149 applies to orders under INR 5000. All displayed product prices include Indian taxes.

For Indian Customers: Product prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (e.g., GST) and duties.=For International Customers (when applicable): International deliveries may incur customs duties and/or VAT as per the laws of the delivery country. These charges are in addition to the price quoted on our site. The shipping agency will provide an invoice for these applicable duties and local VAT. If a customer refuses to pay mandated duties and fails to collect their international order, we are not liable to issue any refund for such orders.
