Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they have a major defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at goldenhuesgifting@gmail.com with details and images (if applicable) within 48 hours of receipt.
Exchange Process
Should an exchange be necessary, you will be asked to courier the product back to us. Please ensure the item is unused and all original documentation is included. Our quality team will review the returned product to determine eligibility for exchange.
Refunds
Exchange availability depends on product stock. If an exchange isn't possible, a refund will be issued to your bank account or as store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to offer a full refund or re-fulfill your order. Please email us at contact@lachi.in with images of the package, clearly showing the defect or external damage, within 48 hours of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and all original documentation must be maintained.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only if they haven't been processed. Please note, personalized or customized products cannot be canceled once the order is placed. While we'll try to stop shipments if a cancellation request comes in before the product leaves our processing center, we can't guarantee it.

Refund Policy
Refunds for credit/debit card or net-banking payments will be issued to your respective account. Typically, refunds are processed within 10-12 working days. Please understand that while we release the funds promptly from our end, the actual crediting to your account depends on your bank and we have limited control over any delays on their part.
